Registration fees
At least one author is required to have a full registration for the conference for each accepted paper. Any author may only be a registered author for one paper.
All the in-person categories also include the access to the online platform, but the online registration fee does not include any in-person activity.
The non-member registration fee includes one year of registration for the IAIED Society.

Receipts can be downloaded from your registered account.
Cancelations
Conference registration fees are non-refundable for any reason.
* If you cannot attend the conference, we accept transfer requests.
Rules for Ticket Transfers:
All transfer requests must be submitted to rflm@cesar.org.br by June 1, 2024, 11:59pm AOE.
No transfers will be accepted after the above deadline.
There are no changes in ticket categories for ticket transfers. For example, if you purchased a member priced ticket, the new attendee must also be a member or purchase membership.
Regular tickets can be transferred to students but there is no price adjustment available.
Student tickets cannot be transferred to non-students.
